Pricing
Our tour prices are in US dollars and include all taxes and surcharges. Any gratuity you wish to give your tour guide is at your discretion. Pricing varies depending upon the Niagara Falls tour package. We offer a 10% discount on tours that are booked online!

Book right from the website to receive a 10% online discount! We ask that you book your tour a minimum of one day in advance.
Cancellation Policy
We provide a full refund if you notify us at least 4 hours ahead of your scheduled departure time. We provide a refund of 50% of the ticket price for tours cancelled up to two hours prior to tour departure time. Thereafter, no refunds will be made. No Exceptions. To receive a refund on the early morning tour, you must contact us before 5:00 PM the night before.

Reservation Change Policy
Any changes in your tour reservation must be made at least four hours in advance of the time of departure for your tour. Changes can be made at that time on a space available basis. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made, but, we will try to accommodate your needs. For early morning tours, please contact us before 5:00PM, the night before!

Departure Schedules
Our tours run 7 days a week, year round. Due to the seasonal availability of certain attractions on the tour, alternate activities may be substituted when necessary. We offer departures starting at 9AM and running every hour all day. Our vans leave our office on Niagara Falls Blvd on the half hour to begin picking up from the hotels. We then begin the actual tour on the hour, after our final pickup at One Niagara. Our last tour of the day is our Illumination Tour and will stay to see the lights on the falls.
