Q: Do you still go on tour in bad weather?

A: We run rain or shine! There's always a little mist in the air around Niagara Falls, so we don't really notice any raindrops!

 

Q: When do I need to make reservations?

A: Please make your reservations at least a week before you arrive to guarantee the tour and departure time of your choice. We do accept reservations up until the time of departure if space is available.

 

Q: Are there lots of steps?

A: The Cave of the Winds takes visitors down to the base of the falls! This does require walking down several flights of wooden stairs, wearing rain gear to protect your clothing from the mist. But, wait till you see the view near the base of the falls!

 

Q: How much walking is involved?

A: To reach the brink of the rapids and falls, it is necessary to walk along nice pathways and sometimes cross bridges. So, wear your good walking shoes!

 

Q: Does the tour price include admission to all the attractions?

A: Yes! It also includes any parking fees at attractions.

 

Q: Where do we get the tour?

A: Most people enjoy having us pick them up and drop them off at their hotel. We go to all the hotels in the City of Niagara Falls! If you prefer, we do pick up at the stop outside of One Niagara, the Welcome Center of Niagara Falls.
